- Our delivering courier is DHL Express. Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays in the UK. Estimated time is calculated from the moment the order is placed. For bank transfers, the estimated time is calculated from the moment the funds are received in our account. Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain remote areas such as Highlands or islands or if your order required additional security validation.
